Montreal, June 9, 2008 –  AXON is proud to announce its participation in a multidisciplinary team certified by the Quebec Ministry of Economic Development, Innovation and Exportation (MDEIE) to offer subsidized consultation services aiming to improve the productivity of Quebec manufacturing companies.

Offering its expertise in information systems, AXON teams up with other experienced specialists in the fields of production, innovation, human resources, finance and product development to carry out productivity diagnostics and also prepare action plans in line with the overall objectives of the program which is mainly to increase the competitiveness of the manufacturing industry.

About the productivity measures put in place by the Quebec Government
The productivity measures aim to offer manufacturing companies financial support and personalized coaching provided by high level expert resources qualified by the Ministry. These resources will help the participating companies to implement an action plan that will reinforce their competitiveness on the international front.  These measures are part of the government's overall plan to support the manufacturing industry, for which a budget of 51 M$ will be spent over a five-year period.  For more information, visit the Web site of the MDEIE
