Methodology

Over the years, AXON has experiemented with a number of development and project management methodologies including P+ and RUP. These very structured approaches have several advantages but also have some setbacks, namely a slow return on investment.

In order to provide a rapid return on investment, we have turned to the AGILE methodology, which is little-known to the financial sector. We have successfully adapted AGILE to this specific domain by using a progressive approach that begins by replacing the existing methodology’s weakest and least profitable elements.

Our methodology is unfluenced by AGILE SCRUM, XP et LEAN tendencies and is based on the following principles:

2. Prioritizing value added features

3. Planning and estimation

4. Rigorous project management and documentation
