Steeve Duchesne – President

Steeve Duchesne is a co-founder of the company. He has more than 20 years experience in IT. Before founding the company, he spent six years as Business Architect for the Laurentian Bank of Canada. His responsibilities included the development and implementation of mission-critical application software. Before that, he served as Assistant Director, IT Services, for La Financière Prêt et Épargne and later for Les Caisses d’Entraide Économique.

Steeve graduated from Laval University with a B.Sc. in MIS and holds a Masters degree in Project Management from Université du Québec à Chicoutimi. Steeve is an active member of SOLMAQ (SOlutions Logiciel MAnufacturier du Québec) where he acts as a Management Committee member. SOLMAQ regroups businesses from the InterlogiQ network. Steeve is also involved in his community as President and Founder of the Fondation de l’École Boucher De-La Bruère.

Yvan Bolduc – Vice President, Operations

Yvan Bolduc is a co-founder of the company. He has more than 20 years of experience in IT. As Vice President, Operations, he is responsible for service delivery and human resources management.

Before that, Yvan founded a company specialized in RFID technologies. From 1984 to 1999, he held various functions at Laurentian Bank of Canada, where he was responsible for electronic banking, planning and coordination, organizational improvement, and development of banking software. Yvan has a B.Sc. in Mathematics-Computer Science from Sherbrooke University.

Serge Thiboutot – Vice President, Research and Development

Serge Thiboutot is a co-founder of the company. He has more than 20 years of experience in IT. As Vice President, R&D, he is responsible for the various technologies developed and used within the organization. He is the principal architect of the AXON Plus integration and development platform, which enables the modernization and re-use of legacy systems.

Serge is also involved as Architect for various client projects. In this role, he has designed and built the transactional Web site for Personal and Commercial banking at the Laurentian Bank of Canada, and the architecture for the new banking terminals at the Confédération des Caisses Populaires Desjardins. He also contributed to the conception of the architecture for the IT and telephony convergence at Visa Desjardins.

Michel Poirier – Vice President, Business Development

Michel joined the company in 2005. He has more than 25 years of experience in IT . As Vice President, Business Development, he is responsible for sales and commercial strategies. He is also involved in marketing and communications projects.

Before joining the company, he co-founded Rate4Me Inc., which was sold to ISACSoft at the beginning of 2004. Rate4Me Inc. specialized in Web development tools to implement marketplaces in the insurance business. Between 1990 and 2001, he participated in the growth of Accovia Inc. (formerly Logibro Inc.) where he was responsible for business development and acted as Board Secretary, Director, and Shareholder. During this period, company revenues reached over $20 million. Before that, he was Vice President, Systems Integration, for Logibec Groupe Informatique, Ltée., a company specialized in hospital systems.

Between 1981 and 1985, he was responsible for setting up an IT organization for the design, development, and production of instant lottery tickets and the real-time lottery systems at BABN Technologies Inc. Michel holds a Masters Degree in Computer Science and a B.Sc. in Operations Research from the University of Montreal.
